Sundaze Studio is a Print and Embellishment design house based in Brooklyn, New York. The studio was founded in 2016 by British Textile Award winning designer, Vien Le Wood, whose accolades include the UK Graduate Fashion Week Textile Award and Fashion at Belsay Fellowship. Vien has over 15 years of working in the industry in the United States as the Print and Embellishment Designer at Rebecca Taylor and Anthropologie. With her wealth of experience and eye for artistry and color, Vien sources and curates the vintage print archive. To round out the collection, print and embellishment artworks are hand painted in the studio to create fresh modern designs that fit the latest global trends sought after by fashion and home companies. Alongside her commercial design work, Vien was formerly artist in residence at the Textile Arts Center, Brooklyn where she currently teaches a variety of craft and embroidery classes. In 2017 she exhibited her sculptural needlepoint woven embellishment at San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles exhibition.
